Amanda Arnold moved to the Central Coast of California from Las Vegas in 1996, quickly falling in love with the local lifestyle of long days body surfing at the beach followed by nights out filled with music and dancing. Maybe it was meant to be…
“Music has been a huge part of my life since I saw the Beach Boys (coincidence? We think not…) in concert at Cashman Field in Las Vegas. Since then I've been to numerous concerts of all types and sizes, keeping up to date with new stuff as well as holding on to my love of older music.”
Of course, that’s the hallmark of a DJ: the “life changing” music experience, and then they’re hooked!
As Amanda herself will tell you, she is a very friendly and easy to get along with person who loves to have fun. She really enjoys playing music that people want to hear and being responsive to the crowd. “I think that’s very important in order to be a good DJ,” she says, and we heartily agree.
