Kate Russell

Meet Kate Russell! She grew up in San Mateo but currently attends UC Santa Cruz and is majoring in Theater. Her passion lies within designing events, and she hopes to one day use her variety of skills to follow that path. Meanwhile, we are very fortunate to have her here at Sound in Motion.

Kate had always been an artist, but then developed a great love for music later in her youth. When she started college, Kate began to be involved in the production of school social events and dances, and it was in this role that she discovered her natural ability to host and produce these functions. Moreover, this experience also taught her a great deal about the importance of having the right music at an event.

Kate is a devoted worker and a good communicator who is always smiling (...and has a great sense of style to boot! – ed.). These are but a few of the skills that Kate has to offer that will make your event a breeze, and give you the confidence that you need to insure that your event will be a success!
